The 5th Latin American Conference on Sustainable Development of Energy, Water and Environment Systems (SDEWES) took place in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, from 18 to 21 January 2026.
The conference was attended by by the VALREO project, with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aleksandra Petrovič participating with an oral presentation entitled Thermal valorization of biologically pretreated lignocellulosic residues.
The project’s innovations and progress were presented.
